Who are qualified to join the Globe Postpaid Loyalty Program?
All Globe Consumer Postpaid mobile subscribers with active accounts are part of Globe's Loyalty Program.
I am a Landline/Broadband subscriber, am I included in the program?
Landline and Broadband subscribers are currently not part of the program.
Can I convert my points to cash?
Points may be used to redeem rewards of your choice from our rewards catalog.
My account is active but I have overdue balance. Can I redeem?
Yes. However, you may be required to settle your overdue balance prior to rewards redemption.
My account is active but I have overdue balance on my other accounts. Can I redeem my points?
Yes, as long as the account used for redemption is in good credit standing.
I have a postpaid account that I plan to disconnect. What will happen to my points?
Once your line is terminated, your points will be forfeited.
I am an active subscriber but I wish to change my mobile number. Will the points I earned be transferred?
Yes, the points that you've earned will be carried over to the new mobile number. The points will carry the corresponding expiry dates from the time they were earned.
My postpaid account was terminated but I reactivated it. Can I still claim my previous points?
Once you terminate your account, your points are forfeited. You can no longer claim your previous points but you start earning points again after reactivation.
Can my family/friends on Globe pool points to claim a higher value reward?
Yes, pooling of points is allowed. You may request to transfer your points to any active Globe Postpaid account.
How do I transfer my points?
To share points, you may call 211 from your mobile phone, call (02)7301000 from any landline, or chat with us online anytime.
Can I make a cash-out to be able to redeem an item that is beyond my current earned points?
As of now, fast tracking redemption of rewards via cash out is not yet available. You can pool points with your friends and loved ones to get a bigger value reward.
If the item/s I have redeemed are defective, can I return or exchange them?
Globe will only facilitate the subscriber's reward delivery. Globe shall not be liable or responsible for the condition of the reward or redeemed item. Globe does not provide any warranty on the product or service redeemed, except when such product or service is a Product or Service of Globe. The only warranties on the products or service redeemed are those given by their respective stores or manufacturers thereof, and may only be claimed against such stores or manufacturers.
