All active Globe Consumer Postpaid mobile subscribers are automatically enrolled to the "My Rewards. My Globe" Loyalty Program. Registration is not necessary.
How to Earn Points
If you are within contract, you earn points based on usage above your monthly plan. If you are outside of contract, you earn points based on your full billed amount.

Just text BAL and send to 4438 for free.
How to View Rewards Catalog
To know what you can redeem, simply text ITEMS to 4438 for free.
You may also refer to the online rewards catalogue for a complete list of the rewards as well as the corresponding points needed to redeem.
How to Redeem Points
Subscribers can choose to redeem points right away or accumulate points to redeem bigger rewards. Your account should be active and in good credit standing.
Just text REDEEM < space > ITEMCODE to 4438 for free. Redemption status will be sent to you within 24 hours.
Delivery of Rewards
Bill Rebates will be posted one-time in the bill of the subscriber within two months after redemption.
Mobile phones, gadgets and gift certificates will be delivered within 7 working days for Metro Manila; 14 working days for provincial areas and 20 working days for out-of-delivery areas.
SMAC Points will be credited to your existing SMAC account within 24 hours from date of redemption.
Mabuhay Miles will be credited to your existing Mabuhay Miles account within 10 working days from date of redemption.
Validity of Rewards
All unredeemed points by the end of the year will be forfeited by March 31 of the succeeding year. Subscribers may redeem rewards no later than March 30.
