TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- I. GENERAL STATEMENT
- "MyRewards MyGlobe" ("Program") is a loyalty program of Globe to grant rewards, discounts, and privileges to its subscribers in accordance to Globe's criteria for membership.
- Membership in the Program is free of charge and is a privilege granted by Globe. Globe reserves the right to deny, suspend, or terminate Membership in the Program for unauthorized, improper, or illegal use of the discounts and privileges under the Program and/or its Products and Services, or in case of breach by a subscriber of his/her obligations in connection with the use of the Products or availment of the Services at its discretion at any given time without any liability.
- All active Globe consumer mobile postpaid subscribers are qualified to join the Program. Globe corporate postpaid subscribers are excluded from the Program, without prejudice to the right of such Globe corporate postpaid subscribers who converted from Globe consumer plans and have earned rewards points under the Program subject to Paragraph II below.
- Qualified subscribers are automatically enrolled to the Program. No registration or application is required.
- II. EARNING OF POINTS
- All Globe Postpaid consumer mobile subscribers will earn points monthly. For subscribers outside of contract, points will be based on total billed amount. For subscribers within contract, points will be based on usage above their monthly service fee. Subscriber can exchange points for items in the Globe rewards catalog.
- III. VALIDITY OF POINTS
- All unredeemed points by the end of current calendar year will be forfeited by March 31of the succeeding year. Subscribers may redeem rewards no later than March 30 of the succeeding year to avoid forfeiture of points earned the prior year.
- IV. REDEEMING OF POINTS
- In order to redeem points, the account should be active and in good credit standing. Therefore, all terminated accounts, even with existing points balance, will have its earned points forfeited upon termination.
- Subscribers can choose to instantly redeem a reward or accumulate points to get bigger and better reward item/s. Subscribers should have the required points before he/she can redeem the desired reward based on the Globe rewards catalog.
- V. SHARING OF POINTS
- Active Globe consumer mobile postpaid subscribers can transfer points to another active Globe mobile number, whether Postpaid, Prepaid or TM.
- Subscribers can share a minimum of 1 point.
- Points transferred will also expire every March 31 of the succeeding year.
- To transfer, subscribers must text SHARE < space > 10-digit mobile no. < space > Points to be transferred to 4438 without charge.
- VI. REDEMPTION OF ITEMS
- Points may be used to redeem rewards anytime as long as subscriber's points are sufficient for the points required for the chosen reward.
- Subscribers can choose to redeem items featured in the official rewards catalog. Catalog can be viewed by texting ITEMS to 4438 or via the Globe website.
- Rewards items and required points to redeem a reward may change without prior notice.
- Rewards items are subject to availability.
- To redeem, subscribers must text REDEEMITEMCODE to 4438 for free.
- Subscribers will receive the status of their SMS redemptions within 24 hours.
- Redemption of Bill Rebates
- Bill Rebates will be credited one-time to a subscriber's account.
- The crediting of the bill rebates can be applied to the subscriber's account and viewed on the monthly statement of account within two months from redemption date.
- Subscribers can only enjoy one bill rebate at any given time.
- Redemption of Handsets and Gadgets:
- Handsets and gadgets will be delivered to the subscriber's billing address (same billing address as reflected in the statement of account) from redemption date, in 7 working days if within Metro Manila, 14 working days if within Provincial Area and 20 working days if outside delivery areas, as determined by Globe.
- Delivery of reward is FREE of charge.
- Subscriber will be required to show his/her valid I.D. (e.g., passport, SSS, driver's license, TIN I.D.) and sign the delivery receipt as proof that he/she received the reward item being redeemed. Globe has the right to hold the delivery of the product if subscriber refuses to present the said requirements.
- In case that the subscriber is not around during the delivery of the reward item, the subscriber can appoint an authorized person to receive the reward item. Authorized representative shall be required to show:
- Authorization letter signed by the subscriber
- Subscriber's valid I.D.
- Authorized representative's valid I.D.
- Globe has the right to hold delivery of the reward item if the authorized representative fails to present abovementioned requirements.
- Used points related to rewards delivery failure, should no subscriber and/or authorized representative is available to receive the reward after 3 attempts of Globe to deliver the product within 60 days, shall not be credited back to the subscriber.
- Globe shall only facilitate the subscriber's reward delivery. Globe shall not be liable or responsible for the condition of the reward or redeemed item. Globe does not provide any warranty on the product or service redeemed, except when such product or service is a Product or Service of Globe. The only warranties on the products or service redeemed are those given by their respective stores or manufacturers thereof, and may only be claimed against such stores or manufacturers.
- Redemption of SM Advantage Card Points
- Subscribers must have an existing SM Advantage Card account before redeeming SMAC points as a rewards item. Subscriber needs to give his/her SM Advantage Card account ID/number and name to Globe Telecom upon redemption.
- SMAC points will be credited within 10 days from date of redemption.
- Redemption of Travel Miles
- Subscribers must have an existing Mabuhay Miles account before redeeming the travel miles as a reward item. Subscriber needs to give his/her Mabuhay Miles account ID/number and name to Globe Telecom upon redemption of the Miles.
- Miles will be posted to the Subscriber's Mabuhay Miles account within 10 days from date of redemption.
- Subscriber can view updated Miles on his/her Mabuhay Miles account online.
