What is the validity of my MyRewards MyGlobe VIP membership?
VIP membership is valid for 1 year. That means that if he/she activates his/her membership in September 2010, his/her VIP
member ship will expire in September 2011. A VIP Member will enjoy receiving monthly free Globe services for one year.
However, a VIP Member's SMAC Prestige Card is valid for 2 years thus he/she will enjoy SM Prestige discounts and
privileges for 2 years.
If I am an existing VIP member, how can I maintain my membership after 1 year?
In order to maintain your VIP membership, you must have an average monthly spend of P5,000 on your prepaid load for 6 straight
months, or have an accumulated P30,000 prepaid load within 6 months.
If I load a total of P5,000 this month, can I enroll to become part of MyRewards MyGlobe VIP?
You must have an average monthly spend of P5,000 on your prepaid load for 6 straight months, or have an accumulated P30,000

How will I get my SM Prestige Card and spare SIM?
Your SM Prestige Card and spare SIM will be delivered to your registered address via courier.
How can I replace my SM Prestige Card if it gets lost?
You may call 211 for free using your Globe Prepaid SIM and our hotline agents will happily assist you in replacing your card.
How does a subscriber activate the spare SIM?
The spare SIM can be activated by calling 211 for free using your Globe Prepaid SIM. You will be asked to verify your information before
actual activation of your spare SIM. Note that your primary SIM will be deactivated once your spare SIM has been activated.
Can I change my number when I activate my spare SIM?
You cannot change your mobile number in activating your spare SIM.
Will I retain the MyRewards MyGlobe points that I earned if I have my spare SIM activated?
Yes. The points you earned on your previous SIM will be carried over to your spare SIM upon activation.
I lost the spare SIM that's included in the kit, can I get a new one?
Yes. Registered VIP members are entitled to 2 spare SIMs so you can request for another spare SIM if you lose the one that's included
in the VIP Membership Kit.
I have already used the spare SIM that was given to me in the kit and I need another one, can I request for this?
