General Statement

  1. MyRewards MyGlobe VIP is the first VIP membership for prepaid subscribers where Globe recognizes its high-value subscribers with an
    average monthly spend of P5,000 on prepaid load for 6 straight months, or have an accumulated load of P30,000 within 6 months.
    These subscribers will enjoy exclusive premium rewards and privileges from MyRewards MyGlobe.

Qualification to the Prepaid VIP Membership

  1. To qualify to the VIP membership a subscriber must have an average monthly spend of P5,000 on prepaid load for 6 straight months,
    or have an accumulated load of P30,000 within 6 months.

  2. Qualified subscribers will be informed that they are qualified to be a member of the VIP membership via a text message from 4438.

Enrollment to the Prepaid VIP Membership

  1. To become a VIP member, qualified subscribers are required to register by sending the following syntax to 4438:

    VIP < space > FIRSTNAME/MIDDLE INITIAL < space > LASTNAME/ADDRESS/BDAY(MMDDYYYY) to 4438

    Example: VIP JOHN/A UY/9 RED STREET CUBAO QUEZON CITY/12141978

  2. After sending the information above, VIP member will get an SMS Notification from 4438. Sample SMS to be received is:

    Welcome and thank you for becoming a MyRewards MyGlobe VIP! You're one of the first to enjoy the best rewards and exclusive
    privileges for prepaid subscribers. Pls expect your VIP kit within 30 days. For more info on your rewards and privileges,
    visit globe.com.ph/rewards/vip

Prepaid VIP Membership Rewards and Benefits

  1. Aside from earning points for every reload, VIP members are entitled to exclusive premium rewards and privileges, which are:

    • a. once-a-month FREE mobile service from Globe

    • b. a special gift every year

    • c. discounts and freebies from the biggest shopping and lifestyle brands in the country

    • d. a complimentary SM Advantage Prestige Card

    • e. a spare SIM

Receipt of once-a-month free mobile service from Globe

  1. The once-a-month free Globe mobile service that VIP members receive may differ every month without prior notice.

  2. In case a VIP member is currently enrolled in/subscribed to the free service that is given by Globe, the free service will not be activated.

Receipt of the special gift every year

  1. The special gift will be delivered to the address that the VIP member nominated upon his/her registration to the VIP Membership.

  2. In case the VIP member is not available to receive the delivery, he/she may nominate an authorized representative to receive the gift. Authorized representative shall be required to show:

    • Authorization letter signed by the VIP member

    • VIP member's valid I.D.

    • Authorized representative's valid I.D.

  3. Globe has the right to hold delivery of the item if the authorized representative fails to present abovementioned requirements.

Enjoying the VIP members' discounts and freebies

  1. VIP members can enjoy discounts and freebies from our partner stores starting October 2010.

  2. A VIP member must present his/her SM Prestige Card in order to avail of discounts and freebies.

  3. Partner stores may impose their own identification or validation procedures/requirements. It is the VIP Member's responsibility to comply with the requirements and procedures applicable to the offer he/she wishes to avail of.

  4. Each offer may have restrictions on when and how to avail such as but not limited to 1) a minimum purchase requirement, 2) cannot be
    used in conjunction with other promos, 3) sale items.

  5. Globe shall not be liable for failure to receive any discount or privilege where such failure is attributable to the VIP Member's failure to
    comply with the mechanics required under the Program (i.e., showing his/her SM Prestige Card to the partner store).

  6. In cases when discounts and privileges are denied by the partner stores despite following the procedures, mechanics, conditions and
    policies communicated to the VIP member, the VIP member may call the Globe hotline (dial 211 using a Globe Prepaid SIM) to report the
    incident stating the following: partner store, branch, date and time, privilege denied and name of the attending staff for proper investiga
    tion and resolution.

  7. Globe shall endeavor to communicate the updated list of partner stores via web and text. VIP members are enjoined to check the
    Program website, hotline or text for the updated list of partners.

SM Prestige Privileges

  1. SM Prestige is the elite membership program of SM Advantage.

  2. A VIP member will enjoy all the privileges extended to SM Prestige Members.

  3. SM Prestige Terms and Controllers apply upon availment of SM Prestige discounts and privileges.

  4. A VIP member may visit www.smprestige.com for the complete of his/her SM Prestige Membership.

Receipt of SM Prestige Card and Spare SIM

  1. VIP Member's SMAC Prestige Card and spare SIM will be delivered to his/her nominated address on his/her SMS registration to
    My Rewards My Globe VIP.

  2. These cards will be received within 30 days from the time that the VIP member sent his/her SMS registration.

  3. In case the VIP member has not received his/her VIP Membership Kit within 30 days, he/she may call 211 using any Globe Prepaid SIM
    to inquire about his/her membership status and the delivery of his/her spare SIM/VIP Kit.

  4. In case the VIP member is not available to receive the VIP Membership Kit, he/she may nominate an authorized representative to
    receive the delivery. Authorized representative shall be required to show:

    • Authorization letter signed by the VIP member

    • VIP member's valid I.D.

    • Authorized representative's valid I.D.

  5. Globe has the right to hold delivery of the kit if the authorized representative fails to present abovementioned requirements.

  6. In case a VIP member loses his/her Prestige Card or Spare SIM, he/she may call 211 using any Globe Prepaid SIM. The hotline
    agents will assist him/her in requesting for a card replacement.

Spare SIM

  1. The spare SIM can be activated by calling 211 using any Globe Prepaid SIM. The VIP member will be asked to verify his/her information
    before actual activation of the Spare SIM.

  2. The primary SIM that the VIP member has will be deactivated once the spare SIM has been activated.

  3. VIP member will retain his/her primary mobile number in activating his/her spare SIM.

  4. The points that the VIP member has earned in his/her primary SIM will be carried to his/her spare SIM upon its activation.

  5. VIP members are entitled to two (2) spare SIMs. One spare SIM is included in the VIP Membership Kit and another spare SIM can be
    requested at Globe Stores (subject to availability).

VIP Membership Validity

  1. VIP membership is valid for 1 year. That means that if he/she activates his/her membership in September 2010, his/her VIP membership
    will expire in September 2011. A VIP Member will enjoy receiving monthly free Globe services for one year.

  2. However, a VIP Member's SMAC Prestige Card is valid for 2 years thus he/she will enjoy SM Prestige discounts and privileges for 2 years.

  3. In order to maintain a subscriber's VIP membership, he/she needs to have an average reload of Php5,000 for 6 straight months, or have an accumulated load of P30,000 within 6 months prior to the expiration of his/her membership.
